Cancellation Policy
If you have registered, but find you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute or receive a refund according to the following schedule:
- 30 or more days before the event date: 75% refund
- 29-14 days before the event date: 50% refund
- 13 days before the event date, or no-shows: No refund
Cancellation requests must be emailed to steverae@wizardofads.com. Do not consider yourself cancelled until you receive a reply from Steve.
